This Sunday, we continue our series called, Reality Check, where we are learning from David what it looks like to live the "Jesus life" in the midst of all the drama that life throws at us. This week is one of those warm, fuzzy moments in David's dramatic life, but there's a twist! It's one we all face, and, to be honest, I think it trips us up a lot! Come on Sunday at 9 or 10:30am to hear about the twist and how best to deal with it in your life!

What a joyful day! We had 10 families dedicate 12 children. Our next generation is so important to us; Brooklife commits to standing with these families in their children’s journeys. #brooklifechurch
This Sunday, we continue with our series, Reality Check, where we are really trying to figure out how to deal with all the drama in our world and do it in a way that brings peace and joy into our lives. In other words, we are trying to figure out how to get God to smile over our lives like He did over David's. That's what we're talking about this Sunday! See ya here at 9 or 10:30am!

We all take shortcuts in our actions or attitudes. Where in your life are you taking shortcuts with God that need to stop? Watch today’s sermon and be assured that, while there are no shortcuts with God, there is hope.
Krista Heinen joins us on Sunday to continue our series, Reality Check about the crazy and drama-filled life of David. We pick up the story in 2 Samuel 6 where David is now the King of Israel. He wants to welcome God into his reign. But instead of doing it the right way, he takes a shortcut with deadly consequences. As we unpack this passage, we are going to find there are no shortcuts with God. We’ll see you here Sunday at 9 or 10:30.
So proud of our seniors! May you follow your dreams, stay true to yourself, find your God-given purpose, and keep Jesus at the center of it all. Brooklife will always be your home! #brooklifechurch #classof2019

I think it might have something to do with loving all the drama that goes on and because it somehow makes us feel better to know we aren't as bad as they are! But, we all have drama. In the midst of that drama, how do we find the life God designed us to have? We can learn a lot about life from a guy named King David! That's what we're talking about this Sunday. See ya here at 9 or 10:30am!
We just love Nikki's Baptism story from last summer. If you have decided to have a personal relationship with Jesus, why not get baptized on June 30? Learn more at the class on Sunday. Register now! https://buff.ly/2VF5KEZ "I grew up in a Christian home going to church. I always knew who God was but did not have a relationship with Him. I had some hard and dark times in my life. I got married at 19, had 3 amazing kids, then divorced at 21. I was a single mom of 3 kids at a very young age. I met my now husband a few years later. Things were good. We have 2 kids together and a house, but something was missing. We started going to Brooklife, and my heart started to change. Now, we go to church and volunteer. My husband and I have an amazing small group that we love. I am a leader for the high school ministry. I show the love of God to people I know. My relationships with my family and friends have grown stronger; that is God's doing, not mine. That is what was missing - a relationship with God that I have now. I want to show everyone I am a Christ follower, and I love God. That is why I am getting baptized."
